Booking a court online is quick. The only step people sometimes pause on is the payment. Here is the whole flow so there are no surprises when courts go live on ReservePolomolok and you tap Reserve.
Step 1: pick your court and time
Browse the courts, open a venue, and tap your start time and end time. The price updates live as you pick. When you tap Reserve, your slot is held for a few minutes — that is your window to pay.
Step 2: the payment screen
You will see three options: Maya, QR Ph, and card. Maya works like any Maya transfer — you are handed off to the Maya checkout, confirm the amount, and done. QR Ph generates a QR code you can scan with any Philippine banking app that supports InstaPay. Card works for Visa and Mastercard, debit or credit.
Step 3: your confirmation
Once payment clears, ReservePolomolok locks your slot and sends your confirmation — the venue, your time, and what to show at the gate. If the hold expires before you finish paying, the slot is released and you will need to rebook. That is why we suggest having your payment app ready before you tap Reserve.
Which option is fastest?
Maya is fast if you already have the app open. QR Ph is the most flexible — any Philippine banking app that supports InstaPay can scan it, no separate e-wallet needed. Card is the easiest if you have a Visa or Mastercard on hand. All three confirm in real time.
