Free cancellation window
You can cancel free up to the venue’s stated window before your slot, usually 24 hours, sometimes 12. Cancel inside that window and you are refunded in full. You can cancel your own booking from your account page.
Late cancellation and no-shows
Cancelling after the window, or not showing up, may forfeit the slot fee, since the court was held for you and others could not book it.
Rain on outdoor courts
If rain stops play on an outdoor court, message the venue on the day. They will reschedule you free within seven days. You do not lose your payment to the weather.
How refunds are paid
When your paid booking is cancelled within the free window, we refund the full amount to your original payment method — ReservePolomolok collected the payment, so we return it. Refunds are typically processed within a few hours; depending on your bank or e-wallet it can take a little longer to appear. Refund handling for now is full-refund-or-nothing; partial refunds come later.
If something goes wrong
If a refund has not landed by the next day, or a venue cannot honour a confirmed booking, email hello@reservepolomolok.com with your booking reference and we will sort it out.
