Terms of Service

ReservePolomolok is operated by Genetrify Information Technology Services. We are a marketplace that connects people in Polomolok, South Cotabato with independent venues — courts, resorts, function halls, and more. The venue, not ReservePolomolok, owns and runs the space you book. Our role is the booking and payment flow that sits between you and the venue.

You need an account to book. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information — a wrong mobile number can mean a venue cannot reach you about your booking. You must be able to enter a binding contract to use ReservePolomolok.

A reservation is confirmed only after payment succeeds. Until then the slot is held for a short window and released if payment does not complete. Prices are set by each venue and shown in full before you pay. When you pay through ReservePolomolok, your payment is processed by our payment provider and collected by ReservePolomolokon the venue’s behalf — we then remit the venue its share. A booking is a contract between you and the venue for the use of that space.

You may cancel before the slot starts, subject to the venue’s cancellation window shown on its page. See the cancellation policy for how refunds work. Refund handling for now is full-refund-or-nothing; partial refunds come later.

When you list a venue, you agree that:

• You have the right to offer the space and to honour every booking a guest makes and pays for.
• Your prices, hours, availability, and descriptions are accurate and kept up to date.
• ReservePolomolok charges a commission of 10% on bookings paid through the platform. Bookings you record yourself (walk-ins and phone reservations) carry no commission — they are your own record, not a platform sale.
• ReservePolomolokcollects the guest’s payment and pays out your share (booking amount less commission) on a regular cadence, to the payout details you provide. You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings.
• Your listing follows the law and does not mislead guests.

Do not book slots you do not intend to use, attempt to manipulate prices or availability, scrape or overload the service, or interfere with other users. We may suspend an account that abuses the platform.

We work to keep the booking and payment flow reliable, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. The venue is responsible for the space, its condition, safety, and honouring confirmed bookings. To the extent the law allows, ReservePolomolok’s liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing here removes rights you have under Philippine consumer law.
