Refund and cancellation policy

Reserving through ReservePolomolok costs nothing, and we never collect payment for a reservation. You pay the business directly, so any deposit or refund is between you and the business, under its cancellation rules on its page.

To cancel, open the reservation in Reservations and tap Cancel, within the business's window. If something goes wrong with a business, email support@genetrify.com and we will help where we can.

Pro is paid in advance for one or more months at a time. There is no subscription to cancel and nothing is charged again without you paying. When a paid period ends, online booking keeps working for 3 more days, then switches off. Your free listing stays.

• Mistakes: a duplicate payment, or a charge for months you didn't choose, is refunded in full.
• Changed your mind: within 7 days of paying, if no online booking has come in during the paid period, we refund in full.
• Months not started: when you bought several months, months that haven't started yet are refundable on request.
• If we stop the service: unused time is refunded pro rata.

• A month that has started and isn't covered above. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
• A listing suspended for breaking the terms of service.

Email support@genetrify.com with your business name and the payment reference shown on your Plan page. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back through PayMongo where the payment method allows it, otherwise by transfer to a GCash, Maya or bank account you name. Either way, expect it within 10 business days.
