Terms of service

ReservePolomolok is a product of Genetrify. It is operated by GENETRIFY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES, a sole proprietorship owned by Selwyn Uy, registered in Polomolok, South Cotabato, Philippines.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean GENETRIFY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES. "You" means anyone using ReservePolomolok. A "business" is a café, restaurant, court, venue or service listed here, and an "owner" is anyone who manages a listing.

By using ReservePolomolok you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.

• You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure; what happens under your sign-in is your responsibility.
• You must be at least 18, or reserve with the permission of a parent or guardian.
• Give your real name and a mobile number you answer. Businesses call it to confirm.
• You can delete your account at any time in Account.

ReservePolomolok lists local businesses, shows their open times, and passes your reservation to them. The reservation is an agreement between you and the business. We are not a party to it, we don't run the venue, and we don't guarantee its facilities, food, safety or service.

Prices, hours, house rules, deposits and cancellation rules are set by each business and shown on its page. Read them before you reserve.

• Some businesses confirm instantly. Others confirm by calling or messaging you; your time is held for them until the hold shown when you reserve ends.
• Reserving through ReservePolomolok is free. You pay the business directly, in the way the business asks. We never collect money for a reservation.
• Cancel in Reservations when you can't make it, within the business's cancellation window. After that, call the business.
• Repeated no-shows or fake requests can get your account limited or closed.

If you list a business, you confirm that you are allowed to act for it, and you agree to:

• Keep its name, photos, prices, hours, menu and rules accurate and current.
• Answer requests before they expire, honour reservations you confirm, and tell customers promptly if you must cancel.
• Use customers' names and numbers only to handle their reservations. For that data you are a personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act, and you must protect it.
• Upload only photos and text you have the right to use. You keep ownership and give us a licence to show them on ReservePolomolok and to promote your listing.
• Give staff access only to people you trust. Their actions in your portal count as yours.

We review new listings before they go live and may mark a listing as verified after checking it. Our administrators can access a listing to help with support, and those actions are logged.

• The free listing (page, photos, hours, map, menu and contact buttons) costs nothing.
• Pro adds online booking and the tools around it for ₱299 a month, paid in advance. New businesses can try Pro free for 14 days, with no card needed.
• Pro is paid through PayMongo (QR Ph, which works with GCash and bank apps, or Maya) for one or more months at a time. It does not renew automatically, so nothing is charged without you paying again.
• When a paid period ends, online booking keeps working for 3 more days, then switches off. Your free listing stays.
• We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. A period you already paid for keeps its price.
• Refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

Reviews come from completed reservations and must be honest and about the actual visit. No harassment, personal information, spam or paid reviews. We may remove reviews, photos or listings that break these terms or the law, and we don't edit a review's meaning.

You agree not to:

• Try to get into accounts, data or systems you aren't allowed into, or test our security without written permission.
• Scrape the site, or put unreasonable load on it with automated tools.
• Make reservations you don't intend to keep, or hold times to block other people.
• Use ReservePolomolok to send spam, or to contact customers for anything other than their reservation.
• Use the service in any way that breaks Philippine law.

We may limit, suspend or close an account or listing that breaks these terms, puts people at risk, or is the subject of repeated complaints. Where we can, we tell you why and how to fix it. You can stop using ReservePolomolok and delete your account at any time.

ReservePolomolok is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, or that every listing is complete or correct.

To the extent Philippine law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, or for anything that happens at a business. Our total liability to a business for any claim is limited to what it paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top moves when we do. For material changes, we tell signed-in users and listed businesses before the change takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. A dispute that can't be resolved by talking to us first goes to the proper courts of South Cotabato.
